Hey guys,

Sorry its been so long.

The birds around here are coming around slowly. They are strtting and gobblin some.

I leave Sat. Morning to video tape for a youth hunt weekend.
Then the following week, I take my bro
Two weeks off and then its my trun to shoot.

Plan on tryin with tbe bow, but will also be packing the turkey cannon!

Measurement of the largest bird - 20.3 lbs., 1 1/2 spurs, 9 7/8" beard

I will be hunting South Dakota on Saturday, so if I kill a larger bird then I can replace that score - correct?

Season starts May 1 here, but because of college, I don't get to go out until May 3rd...argh, I can't take it! No one had better shoot my bird,lol.

Congrats on the rios and good luck in SD. I just got home from work and go to see 5 toms, 8 jakes, and 23 hens in my alfalfa field. Can't wait for the 21st.
