Ok, we are "Final Strut". I'll let em know. I sent bullshooter a pm asking if he would be our cap'n, I dont want to appoint somebody cap'n who isnt up for it. I think he'd be the best one though.

Okay "Final Strut" you talked me into it.
Now can someone tell me what I am needing to do ???

I will do my best but , there will be a time in April that I will not be near the computer for two weeks.I will be hunting in Mo. from April 21st through May 4th. If someone could stepin for me while I am gone that would be great.

I will be glad to step in for a couple of weeks, just remind me whenever you leave for Missouri. Your duties as captain will be submitting each harvested turkey's info to the administrators.........and to keep morale high!:D Thanks for stepping up, and I'll be happy to take over for those two weeks. You are now Captain Bullshooter of Final Strut. Nothin left but to bust some heads!

Saw 6 strutters here yesterday in Pa. We have had some warm weather, but it looks like we are going to get dumped on this weekend.
Do we have anyone here taking a youth hunter in any of the youth season hunts??

It is a great way to spend time with your kids..

Okay who is going to draw first blood for our team? My first hunt is not until the 23 of April. When do you all get to start?

My first day is a week from Saturday, March 15th. Last year I gota pretty nicebirdopening day, maybe I can do it again. I don't have any kids and my crazy sister has yet to make me an uncle :D, so no youth hunt for me. I'm gonna be there this weekend, but no gun or calls......just gonna go listen for a little while.Usually on any given morning towards the beginning and middle of the season, in the one area I hunt most every year I'll hear anywhere from 3 to 7 or 8 different gobblers hammering off. Hopefully they wont let me down this year.

I don't get to start until April 30 here in RI, and CT doesn't start until May 5. The way its looking, I may have to pass on MA. I never hunted there, but was going to try to this year. I know someone there with a blueberry farm who says the turkeys devistate his crops...
