Wondering what to charge...
#1
My father-in-law wanted me to try to sell his Mathews SQ2 bow for him, but I don't know what price to start at. It has 50# limbs on it and he has a set of 60# that he will include with it. It's got a DrawLoc mounted on it. There's a half dozen Carbon Express Terminator Hunter arrows with it and some sort of quick-release quiver. I think the sight is a 3-pin Cobra... Not sure. Has no name on it. The fiber optic on one of the pins is broken. The draw length appears to be about 29". It will need a string soon. Some of the accessory bolts are rusted.
I told him I'd get the word out, so if any of you have an idea of what I should charge I'd appreciate it. He's wanting $400, but I don't think he's gonna get it.
Thanks for the help-

It would probably sell better without the draw loc for starters., but otherwise I agree with you, he probably won't get $400, but it's probably not a bad starting price either.
I've found that by making sure it's "hunt ready" it'll sell quicker. SO I'd suggest getting the string replaced before selling it, and that alone would help it sell quicker. No one likes to buy stuff that needs work before even being able to use it, unless the price is so low that they just can't pass it up.
