I'll start us off...

When hunting, and you see turkeys in the roost, and your getting sick of them sitting there, and not going to the ground. Take your hat off, hold it by the brim very securly, and shake it back and forth very hard, and very quick, sounds EXACTLY like the noise that turkeys wings make when comming out of the trees. Talk about cheap and effective.
