Most Universities have map section in the libary or resources centres where you can photocopy topo's if your looking for a specific area. This isn't the best option when you are looking for a large spread area topo's but is a good way to view and can help in the pick n' choose process. Your MNR will have some and/or will be able to point you to firms that will for most areas in the province.
