Thanks for the info guys... keep it coming. I am looking at a wildcat, building from the action up so anything factory is out. Cost (to an extent) is not that much of a factor. The extra bucks to get what I want and not sit wishing I'd put an extra $200 (in the barrel) would be worth it to me.

Anybody else ever wished they had went full bore the first time only to settle, then spend more a year later to get what you wanted the 1st time. Then you have the not-par item still you don't use.

With that said, I just don't want to get the most expensive barrel if it's not the best. Lots of knowledge on this site! Probing for some more...
