But seriously Jas, I have gotten one bird with a bow and tried it some last year and reliased that I was going to starve, so I grabbed the 870 and got my bird the last weekend of spring gobbler last year. Bowhunting them early is an advantage as there not as spooky. Kinda like most game I guess, Good luck, Bobby
