If you want the best barrels, Krieger and Obermeyer ARE the best, though you'll pay a pretty penny for them. I would give the edge to the Obermeyers because they have Boot's design 5R rifling which distort the bullet a bit less and lend themselves to better long range accuracy- these barrels are currently the choice for building marine sniper rifles. If they are properly installed, reamed and throated by a competent (not shadetree bubba) they will outshoot any factory barrel.
