Better choice ? I didn't say that. I htink a compound is the BETTER choice for bowhunting if your only goal is to kill best you can.
Its so effective, and so efficient, I am giving up my comound bows, selling my recurve, and buying this magnificent tool named the crossbow.
I doubt you'll find the crossbow better - but go for it, it won't affect my archery season on little tinsy winsy bit

I will ban fish hooks for their inhumane methods. We shall use nets from so forth. Nets are much more efficient! I should be able to catch five times the amount of fish I caught before with those silly hooks and bait.
