I built this wonderful load for my 300Rum and RL25 when was 10 degrees. When I shot it in 80 degree day, it locked the brass up in my chamber.
That is why I do all of my final load testing at 60F to 70F.I lose a little velocity at colder temperatures,but the loads are safe in all hunting conditions.
