In one area yes. The area the shed antler was found, they have very small browtines. The area is isolated away from any other spots within a couple miles, and the genetics have been the same on almost every deer in that area, that i've seen. All typical bucks with little gnarly brows. I found around 250 inches of shed antlers in the small 60 acre area, and they all looked very similar. It's the only area I've hunted where a deer and reach the full maturity but yet not have any kickers or non-typical at all. But if you head 3-4 miles from there to other spots, the antlers are completely different, with droptines, non-typical, anything.
