I think the rossi is probably your best option. From you profile I'm guessing you're only around 12 years old so you would want to stay away from the larger calibers such as .300 and 7mm until you are used to shooting. As far as only spending 150 bucks this pretty much cuts out just about every rifle made unless you find a great deal or a pretty old rifle. This is why the rossi would be a good option. they come in good deer calibers and you can get them brand new for cheap.
