Ya might look into buying some land, especially if it has some ground on it that can grow crops. I've bought 180 in the last couple of years, in north central KS.,I have my brother farm it, he gets 2/3's and I get 1/3 of income and we split cost the same, my payments are about $6000 a year, and with the income from the crops and being able to wright off the interested paid, it is a cheap way to insure yourself hunting land! I actually ended up with a net income last year!
