Well, I can't speak for everywhere but, here in Minnesota a landowner may take an animal on his land without a permit but it must be a doe. Strike one. Also, you cannot shoot from a vehicle. Strike two. This landowner is a jealous egomaniac and was mean to the hunting club. Mean people suck. Strike three.
