I wear glasses but don't experience those problems. You didn't say what you were using as an anchor point. You may have to lower it. I use my broken finger into the corner of my mouth. I shoot three fingers under currently, but used to shoot split fingers without problems with my eye glasses. The length of your bow may also have some bearing on it, but I would think its either your anchor or stance.
