Carbons don't get bent, most come from the factory already crooked. You can't make them straighter excepet by cutting off whats not straight. As a rule carbons maintain what ever straightness they have from the factory until they are beyond use. When buying carbon arrows pick the most expensive grades you can afford and be sure that you cut off material from both ends of the shafts in order to get the staightest arrows you can.
