Instead of arguing from your own side .. try looking and arguing from the other side.
I have already been on that side of the coin and after years of thinking about both sides of the issue this is where I have landed. So I have spent time looking at it fom the bowhunter side.
Why not argue from the bowhunter side and maybe you'll see why we feel that crossbows are different and should be separate.
Because I have spent time on that side and then I realized that I didn't have the right to push my principles on anyone else and that those principles were actually going to harm hunting in general in the long run. It's not that I don't have the capability to look at both sides or even that I am unwilling to. I have spent plenty of time looking at both sides of the issue. I just finally came to the realization that my opinion and my own self interest were not the most important part of the equation.
