I don't have the scout but rather the sport model and I am very pleased with it. I used it extensively last season and do not have one complaint about it. The only "bad thing" that I have heard about teh scout is that is eats batteries up like there is no tomorrow. From what I hear, most folks are removing the batteries from the unit when they don't plan on using it.
...plus, this thread was almost ready to be bumped off the first page and nobody had replied to it...
