Here is an ill effect to crossbows, but someone will have something to complain about again.

Here in Georgia I hunt on public land ,the Military base, and some leases has stated that since there are crossbows in the woods that everyone in the woods hunting Deer, and hog during bowseason must wear 500 square inches of orange for safety reasons. If you don't believe me go to the home page of Warner Robins AFB and follow the links to hunting through outdoor recreation Dept. Ever two years we have to go through a hunters safety coarse and every time, they state that the reason we wear orange is because the crossbows are in the woods know. How can some people here state that they don't effect anything? Oh, by the way we never had to wear orange during bowseason before the crossbows.

I know you will say that deer can't see orange. They can see movement aginst a solid light color real easy. It is easier for a crossbow hunter to get away with movement, rather than a bowhunter.
