I have the base Crony and it is very reliable. It does not have all the bells and whistles but the data is good. Just protect the parts from the muzzleblast from muzzleloaders. I burned the face of my first one and had to send it in for repair. I now have a plexiglas shield that covers the front of the Crony and keeps all the unburned powder and burning powder off the expensive face. I didn't think and set it up just like I did for smokeless loads and was I surprised and a little upset when I saw the results.
