Any gun shop or gunsmith should be able to order you one, that is if they don't already stock one! I know here the larger sporting retailers usually stock common Tikka, Rem and Browning mags. The other option would be a gun shop and swap, I can't recall any that I have attended that did have mags for sale, especially 06.
