Mayonaise venison roast !!!!
tried a new idea a friend gave me.
take a venison ham,season good,cover with "real" mayonaise (not the spreads)wrap in heave foil,put on smoker on low away from the direct heat and forget for a few hrs.(6 or so) the last hr. put closer to heat to be sure its done.
it seem the mayo keeps it moist and help tenderizer it.
try it you might like it.
