Congrats on your new rifle combo.Sounds and looks like you made a good choice.The 7mm08 is a fine cartridge. Good luck with your new Rifle.. A couple months ago I picked up (Thanks to Frizzellr's help )a Ruger M-77 All Weather Ultra light in 7mm08. I was going to try it out the other day. The wind was so bad I decided to wait for a better day.
