Default Great tip

I just read this tip: When you have two guys, position the shooter about 30-50 yards closer to an approaching Tom than the caller. We've all had the Tom start working in, but then abort mission just before coming into range. If you're set up this way, the actual shooter may still get a shot at an uncommitted bird. Perhaps everyone already knows this, but since every video you watch normally shows the caller and shooter together, it doesn't seem to be a very well known approach. I know I'll be doing some guiding/calling for friends this year, so this may be my secret weapon. Man, I forget how much I love turkey calling and hunting. I don't come around huntingnet.com much becuase I'm usually talking squirrel dogs with friends on another forum. Can I still join a team? -MIKE
