You can also check to see if it's your sight by holding a smaller carpenters square against the sight while moving your pin up and down. If you notice your pin moves in or out when you get at your 30 yd mark , you've found the problem. When you say , your pin is straight , do you mean the pin itself? The test I do with the square is geared at finding a bend or flaw in the slide/bracket.
