why not skin it and either use the hide or donate it to someone that will. no sense wasting it. i know alot of people, (me included) that would use the hide for trad. archery quivers, bags, etc...

some people tie flies with the fur, many teachers would love a cured hide when schooling the little ones about indians , or to use in arts and craft projects.

shoot enough and you can make a nice coat for the old lady.

even if they are "pests" , i can't see wasting perfectly good resources...
