The last time we had a buck harvest lower than last years harvest was 1983. So in just 3 years Alt plan set back PA deer hunting by over 20 years from the record harvest of 203K in 2001. So AR did not double the number of 8 pt. + buck as Alt claimed and the harvest of 2.5+ buck was probably lower than the 52.6K that we harvested in the first year of AR ,before any buck were saved by AR.
