Is this after firing or before? Are you shooting reloads, if so you may need to case trim your brass.
If it is just a few thousands to long it will cause them to hang-up in the chamber, If you are shooting new ammo, I would try another brand, if that don't fix it then yes it is time for a smith to look at it.
