I currently have a MZE on my MQ1, (love it!), but I used to have a Bodoodle Superdoodle. They are really great rest. The arrow shouldn't be "bouncing" off the rest. Make sure that the fins are opened enough. The two fins should contact the arrow the same way two of your vanes do, 60 degrees apart. Don't get too technical, just eyeball.
