If they would have allowed their affected lands to be open to hunting in the first place, they may not be having these problems. The article read like it was a 'cross the board' problem with all land in central and northern NJ. But, i suspect, the majority of the problems are occuring on their land.
If they would have opened their lands to hunting in the past, they wouldnt have the over population problem they have now. When will people learn!
