Default RE: wal-mart guns

Soark says they are good to work for.I know people here that do or have worked for WM.Just about all of them say WM treats their Employees like crap
RR i am sure that everyone has had different experience with them and alot of this has to do with the number of stores they have . it's hard to get all to conform to the corp. policy on treatment of employees.
But i have also learned to take opinions of workplaces with a big grain of salt. to the slug worker anywhere would be bad. may have been cause they wanted the slug to leave.
Now it also could be job. i didnt stock shelves or cashier ....i fixed aircraft. i was seperated from the stores and would say closer to the corporate folks. so yes i may have been treated much different. but i will say that i know the intent of wal mart on paper was to care for their folks.
But the fact is prepare oneself for a decent job and you have options .
