Winners Choice TELLS you to shoot some arrows to set the string (25-100) when doing a fresh install. after sitting in a bag, they can loose their pre-stretch length.
AFTER break in, you should have NO more stretch (has worked for me. 2nd year on the string AND harness...no visible movement as far as the marks on my cam, and nock height are concerned)
