After being shot and then resting overnight, your string and cable have settled in to their service lengths. Your loop is likely higher now that it was yesterday. Doing anything but rough tuning with any string/cable change, even using Winners Choice, until you've put some arrows through the bow is a waste of time and effort. I'd shoot about a hundred arrows then wait overnight again to make sure you've got all the creep out of the string, then put twists in the string/cable to get everything back in spec, then start fine tuning. After that, your bow should hold tune.
