Default RE: Politics of hunting in PA

I've long said the PGC is better than nothing BUT they need to regain the trust of the very people whom finacially support them. Was a time that being a Pa sportsman meant your fought for an trusted in the PGC. In that era they were fiscally responsible, had a WCO in EVERY county fulltime.
Today sadly they've lost the faith of the MAJORITY of sportsmen/women in the state. Many Legislators, even the head of their overseeing committee Bruce Smith won't consider a lisc. increase until the PGC sorts itself thru the deer management program. Because of so many complaints from the majority of hunters.
The PGC needs to go back to basics, one of the basics is deer hunters want to see deer and choose quanity over quality!
