Default Help! Breeding starting too early?

Hope you can offer some tips....In Washington State where cold weather usually hangs on until at least April or May has been experiencing unusually warm weather that is very Spring-like in February and March. Our Fish and Wildlife department website has even noted that turkeys are in full breeding mode and our season doesn't start until April 15th! Will this pose a problem for us turkey hunters? Will Toms still be willing to come to calls? What different strategies should I consider in case they're all bred out?
