I'm proud to have a Remington 710 in .30-06. It shoots just as good as any expensive rifle. I dont hunt to often, but I know that the 710 is a great gun. Its not a "show-off" type rifle, but its solid and does what it promises to do. I believe that the stock is garunteed not to crack.
