I'v got a herniated disk in my lower back. Usually once a year I'm on my back for a week. Last 2 years anyway.
They give me a steroid dose pack & it gets me up after a few days. Do like they say & listen to the Dr.
MRI's are wonderful things but IMHO humans aint made to be in them things. I bout freaked out during mine. I was fine for the first 1/2 hour but the thing stopped clanking & I thought I was done & opened my eyes. Well, it wasn't done & I had to get pulled out for a sec to gather my wits.
Pretty impresive pictures it takes tho.
