I talked to Lynn at the IBO office this morning and your card will be mailed today. The IBO changed programs for membership this year and "BIG BUGS" have been raising their heads ever since. Very frustrating to the office and slower results for us members. The "BIG BUGS" seem to be turning into "little bugs" and everyones membership cards will be sent out ASAP. I am replying to this message because Lynn is busy sending out cards.
