RE: nocks
Dan, there is a new product that is just now hitting the market.Magnock arrow nocks are the newest idea in archery evolution that practically eliminates arrow shaft flexing that causes planing and inaccuracy down range. The Magnock arrow nock system is designed to work in conjunction with a magnetic receiver mounted on the bowstring and a special arrow nock that attracts to the magnet. This system has been going through years of development to make sure it can withstand the stresses from thousands of shots off compound bows of all manufacturers. Every nock on the market today requires anywhere from 22 oz. to 87 oz. of pull force to release off the bowstring with a variance up to 30 oz. on the same nock (increasing with colder temperatures and decreasing with warmer temperatures). The Magnock system releases with 4.5 oz. every time with 0 oz. of variance no matter what the conditions are, cold, hot, dry or wet. It will hold a 575 grain arrow without premature disengagement while shaking it up and down.
im not sure if you can use these on your stick arrows but might be worth looking into.
