No D.E. they just live in the real world, where no one in their right mind takes a shot when knows that there something or someone in the background. The hunter couldnt see the house and from all reports it was a freak thing, especially after knowing the distance and how far that bullet had to fall in order to hit burns. Unfortunetly this stuff happens from time to time and nothing short of outlawing hunting will ever stop it.
