Default RE: What makes a BIG WT Deer Score OR Character

ORIGINAL: DoctorDeath

Kry I am glad to hear your deer will be ready this week I am sure your very excited about getting him back. I swear its very hard for me to understand why it takes some taxidermist 1 to 2 years to get a mount fineshed ... to Me that is very unreasonable .. here is a pic if the typicl 10 point to took 3 years ago ...looks like it could have been your deers little brother...
Thanks. Nice buck you got there. I was originally quoted 8-9 months, which would have been Aug-Sep time frame. The deer was scored by a local game warden who is out at my taxidermist's place all of the time. Once it was determined that it would go B&C, the GW may have asked for it to get bumped ahead a little. The GW wants me bring my mount and go with him to a show or two this summer, but I wasn't sure it would be ready by then. So it got a little help in line, or he got some more help, or they just over-estimated their workload. I'll be sure to ask when I pick it up tomorrow. In any case, I am just giddy that I get it back so soon.

By the way, these are some dandy bucks. I wouldn't even begin to know how one would score that last road kill non-typical.

T-bird - That is an awesome buck!
