Default RE: Reviews of metal string loops/ pros and cons

A few things were brought to my attention after putting the review up. I feel they are all valid points so I updated the review to include them as well. Here is a copy:

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

1. On bows such as Mathews with the roller guards, the loop can fly forward hitting the roller
guard itself.

2. While I have experienced speed loss of 3 fps, others have had as much as 10 fps.

3. While I didn’t consider installation a major problem, others have. Installation does take
some time, and care must be used. The main problems are the tiny screws which are hard
to work with, and finding a properly sized screwdriver. If the wrong sized screwdriver is used
you run the risk of stripping the screw heads. Caution should also be used as one slip and
you can push the screwdriver right into your hand. Difficulty is a subjective term, and what I
feel is difficult other may not or vise versa.

4. The serving wear issue can lead to a dangerous situation, especially on the mono
servings. If the serving is cut, the loop then starts to dig into the string fibers, cutting them
as well. If that happens, you can have the string break without warning.
