those of you from illinois worried about losing your 2nd buck tag if they remove the nr cap you still have a buck tag for the shotgun hunt.and maybe even one for the muzzleloader season i'm not sure about that one anyway thats plenty of bucks in a season here in ga. were only allowed 2 for the season doesn't matter what we kill them with maybe you should lobby for that law in illinois 2 bucks no matter what you tag it with.in 2000 there was no cap 12,843 nrs showed up i don't understand what everyones so worried about the nrs aren't going to pay these prices for tags unless theres land available in the first place.plus when you have caps and lotteries you open the door for HSUS & PETA to step in and tie up phone lines are buy up much wanted license.by the way DeerSlayer not everyone from out of state is rich some of us are just middleclass hunters looking for good ground to hunt.
