Default RE: IDNR changing state of deer hunting.

You have no idead what you are talking about. I live in NE Arkansas the duck hunting capital of the world. If you think Pike Co. gets a lots of out of state hunters you ought sepend a month or so down here. The same things have happened to the locals they loose hunting spots because outfitters or NR lease them up. So, I am quite familiar with the process. I am just a little more realistic about than you are
but are you getting ran off your ground? no, so again, you arent in my position.
It's not up to you. You have no rights here. The farmer has the right to do as he wishes with the ground. The state has the right to allow NR access. I have the right to buy a tag and to lease ground? What right do you have to the ground? I'll tell you. You have the right to out bid me if you so choose and that's it.
again, i already mentioned this, i am not gonna sit there and outbid a guy for the land, and i already know thats all i can do, but i can't, so again this angers me. and like i said, i dont own the ground, so the farmer, which i already mentioned this, is of coarse gonna lease his ground, it will make him money, what am i supposed to do about it? outbid a person who has more money then me? I CANT. which is whay it makes me angry.
Apparently, not everyone does. However, it isn't your right to decide whether a farmer or rancher shold be able to profit from access to his property
everyone knows this, just most people (people who are buying the land) dont really care about it. and once again. it is the farmers choice, although he is almost forced with money waving in his face.
I can understand being frustrated but at the same time you should be reasonable enough to understand. There is always public ground. I spend a good deal of my time on it here at home.
reasonable enough to understand? if i come to arkansas and lease your hunting ground, your saying that you would be understanding and not really care? give me a beak, again, you are obviously not in my position. and public ground is definately not like the ground that you can manage, public ground is not somewhere i would like to hunt, but if it comes to it, i will be forced to move to it. and again, anger comes from this
you are not in our situation, and dont make it seem like you are, because your hunting ground is not being take over, it is obvious to tell by how you are talking about it. you put yourself in my shoes, and tell me you wouldnt be mad. my whitetail ground is slowly being taken over, and the only thing i can do to fight it is to tell people how i feel. so please dont make this sound like i am whining, when you all dont know how it is, and if you do know how it is, then you would understand.
