I agree with you that it is just not the same hearing all of the sounds of the hustle and bustle of "human life". I long to go on my one week sabatical to remote farmland to get away from all of the nature walkers, horseback riders, ATV riders, trespassers, poachers, psychopaths, kids, planes, trains, automobiles, dogs, sirens, horns, etc, etc. I've seen it all out of my suburban stands and also agree with previously mentioned posts that these deer know when you are hunting them. I will also tell you that the biggest monster I have ever killed scored 172 and died within 50 yards of a neighboring driveway and residential neighborhood.
