The flordia rig is basically a bullet sinker with a corkscrew built into the bottom and you screw it into the worm, so you dont have to peg it. i dont think it imparts any spin on the worm at all.
Actually the Florida Rig is where you get a hook and don't hook it in straight and offset it so it spins the plastic worm.
