Matthews, that Hoyt Saphire is one fantastic bow isn't it. Ideal for women and shorter draws, packs a mean whooomp.
Your best bet is to purchase arrows designed in the 40lb range. My wife shoots a 50lb Hoyt Tenacity II. I have her shooting Beman Carbon Hawks with 100 gr. outsert Muzzys. She get's great KE and punch with this setup. I like carbons for a lighter poundage bow, but I perfer heavier carbons. Don't go too light with her arrow setup, you still want driving force (momentum) KE, whichever you want to call it in the end.
When she ruins her Beman's, I'll probably have her in ICS's or Easton Super Slams.
