Now, suppose that one or both came here and said "Hi, we conquered you, you are now ALL Iraqi, you must speak Iraqi, use Iraqi money, listen to our government, you are no longer americans so don't act like it" You'd get pretty upset wouldn't you? You don't want to listen to their government, its not yours.
