no, they dont deserve a scholarship for being a minority and their land was taken. scholarships should be awarded on merits, not race anyway. im part Irish. maybe i should get money because my Irish ancestors were constantly berated by the british?? blacks, indians, whites, nobody should get money for what happened in the past. its past, its happened. we can't change it.
