Honestly I cant say as though i know what you are going through, but what i do know is all your friends or old friends were douche-bags! I have you back man and anytime you need somebody to talk to you can call or whatever. My family is the same way with my grandfather... my grandmother passed away about a year ago and nobody even visits him anymore.
